Fault Finding & Repairs
Tripping breakers, dead outlets, an odd smell — we find the real cause and fix it on the same visit.

Find the fault, not just the symptom
Most electrical faults leave a trail. A breaker that goes every time the dryer starts, an outlet that only works if you push the plug in hard, a light that dips when the fridge kicks on — each one points somewhere specific. We follow that trail with insulation resistance testing, circuit tracing and thermal checks rather than replacing components and hoping.
You get a plain-English explanation of what failed and why, a fixed price before we start, and most jobs finished in the same visit. Anything we can’t complete that day gets a written scope and a booked return.
What we typically find
Loose or back-stabbed connections behind outlets and switches
Shared neutrals and quietly overloaded circuits
Water ingress in exterior fixtures and junction boxes
Failed breakers, worn contacts and heat-damaged busbars
Rodent or nail damage to cable runs inside walls
What it costs
Diagnostics start at $145 for the first hour, which includes testing and a written finding. Go ahead with the repair and that fee comes off the job price. No trip charges, and no after-hours surcharge for existing customers.
