Full & Partial Rewiring
Cloth wiring or aluminum branch circuits, re-run room by room with as little wall damage as possible.

New wiring, old house, minimal damage
Rewiring has a reputation for wrecking a house. It doesn’t have to. Most of a modern rewire runs through voids, floor cavities and the attic; the visible work is a handful of access points that get patched and painted before we hand back.
We start with a survey that maps every existing circuit and grades it. Some houses need everything replaced. Many need three or four circuits done properly and the rest left alone — and we’ll tell you when that’s the case, even though it’s the smaller job.
Signs your wiring is due
Cloth-insulated or rubber-sheathed cable anywhere in the house
Aluminum branch circuits from the 1960s and 70s
Two-prong outlets with no ground
Warm switch plates or a persistent ozone smell
Extension cords doing permanent work
Living in the house while we work
We work one zone at a time and leave every bedroom with power and light at the end of each day. Kitchens and bathrooms are scheduled as single blocks, so you’re never without both at once.
